I have an overbooking!

That's unfortunate! Please contact our customer service on your region’s telephone number found on our website, or email your account manager in order to report the overbooking. Please provide as well at least 2 alternatives that are similar (area/quality of accommodation) so we can propose this to the customer. As soon as we got the approval from the customer we'll get back to you to confirm whether the provided solution is OK.
