We support dynamic pricing! When you connect to us through a Channel Manager, you have the possibility to use dynamic pricing. Using this, you can set the room charges yourself in the PMS of your Channel Manager.
In case of live pricing, you, as a partner, are responsible for the correct price and the proper allotment availability in the Channel Manager. If the price in the Channel Manager is not correct, you will always be obligated to deliver the Services for this pricing unless TravelBird decides otherwise.
In case of overbookings that are a result of wrong allotment availability in the Channel Manager, you are liable for any overbookings in accordance with paragraph 7 of the Agreement (Non-Performance).
