Not eligible for our New Extranet? Don’t worry!

You can still make use of our Old Extranet. The Old TravelBird Extranet is the easiest and quickest way to:

  • change room availability
  • find every reservation

How does it work?

Just follow these 3 easy steps.

Step 1: Contact your Account Manager and negotiate the best deal.  

Step 2: Your Account Manager will send you a pdf containing all the information. You can sign this using Sign Request. *

Step 3: Once this is signed, we will start adding this information to our system. We will send you your log-in for the Extranet.

*Any changes in the offer except allotment changes need to be negotiated with your Account Manager and signed again through Sign Request. Changes in the offer will be added to the system after signing. It can take a few days before this is visible on our website. The closing of the allotment can be done immediately once you have access to the Extranet.
